Community Service

The Community Service Program allows offenders to complete court ordered community service in the Mobile Community. Offenders are sentenced by the  District and Circuit Courts in the 13th Judicial Circuit.

Requirements:

• Pay administrative fee
• Perform no less than 8 hours of service per week
• Report monthly
• Adhere to special placements made by the referring judge 

The Community Service Program reduces the labor costs of non-profit and governmental agencies within Mobile County.
